By accessing and using the Pipery website (https://pipery.dev), website builder (https://start.pipery.dev), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use this Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Pipery Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

10. User Conduct#

You agree not to use the Service:

Documentation, code examples, and specifications provided by Pipery are available under the applicable open-source licenses noted in each repository or file.

The Pipery Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Pipery does not endorse, and is not responsible for, any content, products, services, or practices of third-party websites. Your access to and use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
